Robin Springer is an attorney with a background in technology and civil rights, including disability and privacy rights.
After years of running a successful technology firm where she worked
with a diverse clientele - companies including Microsoft, government
agencies, doctors, lawyers, financiers, corporate executives, and
artists - with and without disabilities - she became an attorney to effect
greater change.
In law school, Ms. Springer participated in, and won, four Moot Court Honors
in disability law and criminal law. She was awarded four merit
scholarships and eight Witkin awards for academic excellence, each
Witkin Award signifying the highest grade in each of the eight courses.
Ms. Springer graduated summa cum laude and valedictorian of her law
school class.
Ms. Springer is committed to shifting the paradigm of disability through awareness and education. To further this goal, she is a public speaker and published author, and, since 1999, writes a magazine
column about issues concerning technology, privacy rights, disability
rights, and the law. Her articles also appear in other books, journals,
